摘要:经由对于2010年8月以及9月王快水库坝前浮游植物类群的王快物种妄想组成、优势类群妨碍审核,水库服从表明,浮游王快水库浮游植物有6门,植物藻类25种,群落种类至多的多样为绿藻门以及硅藻门,分说判断出9种以及7种;9月的王快物种审核服从表明浮游植物细胞密度为299.57 万个/L,硅藻门以及蓝藻门共占浮游植物总细胞密度的水库86.66%,优势种类为小环藻以及粗壮细鞘丝藻,浮游占浮游植物总细胞密度的植物藻类61.69%;叶绿素a含量为3.88 μg/L,浓度较低,群落营养形态为贫-中营养,多样水质情景较好。王快物种 关键词:王快水库;浮游植物;藻类群落;物种多样性 1672-1683(2011)01-0102-03 Preliminary Study of the Phytoplankton and Eutrophication Assessment in Wangkuai Reservoir ZHOU Xu-shen,水库LUO Yang,ZHANG Shi-lu,WANG Hong-cui,LIN Chao (Haihe River Water Conservancy Co妹妹ittee,Ministry of Water Resource,Tianjin 300170,China) Abstract: The phytoplankton co妹妹unity and dominant species were investigated at Wangkuai Reservoir in August and September 2010.The results showed that there were 25 species belonging to 6 phylum of phytoplankton in Wangkuai Reservoir.Cholorophyta and Bacillariophyta were major phylum in the phytoplankton co妹妹unity,with 9 genera (36%) and 7 genera (28%) respectively.Investigations in September 2010 found out:the algal density was 299×106 Cell/L;Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta accounted for up to 8666% of total cell density;Cyclotella sp.and Leptolyngbya valderiana were dominant speciesaccounting for 6169% of total cell density;The concentration of chlorophyll was 388 μg /L.The study indicated that the nutritional status of Wangkuai Reservoir was oligotrophic to mesotrophic and the water quality was good.
